About Berthon

A family business, it is our aim to provide our clients with a comprehensive service to help you with all aspects of your yachting.

The Berthon Yacht Sales Division has a large international brokerage house with offices in Lymington, France and the US. We are delighted to advise and help you with your yacht purchase in the main yachting centres worldwide. We also have an active new yacht division, distributing Windy Boats of Norway.

Berthon Boat Company can service or refit your yacht, offering anything from a fresh coat of antifoul, to a new teak deck, new suite of electronics or complete rebuild.

Berthon has been trading continuously since 1877, from our riverside site that was mentioned in the Doomsday Book. With a strong balance sheet and no bank debt, you can depend on Berthon. We look forward to being of service to you.

Berthon Lymington Marina

One of the first yacht marinas to be built in the UK, Lymington Marina offers 280 deepwater, well-protected Lymington River berths for yachts up to 45m (150ft) LOA in the Georgian town of Lymington, on the West Solent close to Hurst Castle and the Needles.

It is the plan to position all the S&S yachts together. Apart from hosting the participating yachts, Berthon will also provide a guided tour of the yard on Sunday morning and thereafter host the AGM meeting in their office facilities.

As you come up the river towards Lymingtin, call the

Harbour Master on channel 80 and follow his guidelines.

You need to pre-book your stay at the marina in order to

allow for the possible relocation of other yachts to give

space for the S&S yachts. Please remember to refer to

the S&S Association when you book.

Owners pay for the berthing.
