ASSOCIATION

All accommodation is partly sponsored. A historic vessel with additional accommodation will be moored at the marina in front of the Hotel. Accommodation on S&S boats will be paid. The hotel with foods, drinks, rooms and service is available to all S&S members staying at the hotel, on board the historic vessel or on board S&S boats! There will be no difference in the rate for accommodation regardless of where you stay – at the Hotel, on the historic boat or on any of the boats! All S&S boats arriving under their own steam for the AGM are offered free berthing in the marina from May 6th until June 1st  (Dyvig Bro Marina is situated just in front of the Hotel).

Dyvig and the Dyvig Badehotel are easily reached wherever you’re arriving from:

-   by boat !
a one day trip from north of the Kiel Canal and the Baltic side sea locks

-   by car !
no more than a half  hour drive from the German border to Denmark

-   by air !

If you were tantalised by Treguier, electrified by Enkhuizen, impressed with Barcelona or Edinburgh and have visited the absolutely fabulous Falmouth, then you should mark the AGM 2012 in your diary, to be held in Dyvig on the island of Als in Denmark.

Imagine an impressive location featuring marvellous sailing grounds, one of the most picturesque and sheltered areas in the northern hemisphere. This is the scene for the AGM 2012.

Following the tradition of Helsinki 2005, Treguier 2006, Enkhuizen 2008 and Edinburgh 2009, the AGM will be focused on a gathering of many S&S yachts for sailing and accommodation.
The centre of activity is Dyvig, a fantastic fjord in Southern Denmark and the location 0f the wonderful and romantic Dyvig Badehotel. It will exclusively host all of us. 4 days and 3 nights! With good food and wines as well as music.
